A little clarity before you begin.

Common questions about light, preparation and what comes next.

Eye safety depends on the device, wavelength and exposure. Follow the manufacturer’s and studio’s eye-protection instructions, and do not look directly into LEDs. Closing your eyes is not a substitute for required protection. If you have an eye condition or recent eye procedure, seek professional advice before booking.

Red-light sessions are not the same as a sauna, although some devices can feel warm. How much warmth you notice depends on the equipment, session and your own response. Ask about the specific experience if you are planning a visit before work or another appointment.

There is no universal timeline. Skin and hair goals generally require repeated sessions over weeks or months, and not everyone responds. Ask for a review point and realistic expectations rather than a guaranteed outcome.

Clean, product-free skin may be recommended for targeted skin sessions. Makeup, sunscreen and some lotions can affect light exposure or cause irritation. Ask for preparation instructions and discuss prescription or photosensitizing products; do not discontinue prescribed treatment on your own.

Frequency depends on the device, dose, experience and your health history. Confirm the studio’s recommended schedule for your selected service. Extra sessions or longer exposure are not necessarily more effective.

Seek advice if you have photosensitivity, take light-sensitizing medication, are pregnant, have a concerning skin lesion, a history of skin cancer or a condition that may be affected by light. This is not an exhaustive list. Discuss suitability before exposure and disclose relevant concerns privately.

Send an appointment enquiry with your preferred experience and availability. Confirm the session details, price, suitability requirements and arrival instructions before attending. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Find Your Light

Three small steps toward an experience that fits. Use this guide to explore—not to diagnose or determine medical suitability.

For a full-body wellness or recovery-focused routine, explore Full-Body Wellness. For scalp and hair goals, explore Hair Growth Support. For blemish-prone skin, explore Acne Care. For skin texture and firmness goals, explore Skin Renewal.

Full-body light offers a broad experience. Hair and skin options focus on a specific area. If you have more than one goal, ask which experience makes the most appropriate starting point rather than combining sessions yourself.

Share your preferred experience and availability. Ask about session length, device wavelengths, eye protection, frequency and current pricing. Mention any suitability concerns privately before exposure.

Your time. Your light.

Begin with an appointment enquiry. We’ll use your chosen experience and availability to guide the next step.
